Dr. Yvonne Sum is a published international author on leadership and strategy that crosses the contexts of both home and work. She works with executive decision makers from the West entering the emerging markets of the East to seamlessly shift their contextual intelligence. Dr. Sum navigates home truths of leadership lessons gleaned from her own transformational experience: as a dentist, RAAF officer, executive coach, leadership facilitator & speaker, media expert on national lifestyle television, author, business partner, wife and mother of two.
Globally, Yvonne has facilitated Directors, CEO’s and Senior Management in a range of leadership and executive coaching programs: connecting senior executives to their inner selves while getting clarity around their impact on others; along with skills to be mindful and calm in the midst of leading disruption and exponential change.
Yvonne is interested in cross-cultural diversity and has immersed herself in different cultures in the world - living in Asia, Australia and the Middle East - speaking English, Cantonese, Malay and Mandarin. She was awarded BlessingWhite Asia Pacific’s 2009 Consummate Facilitator and Client Development Award for her work with multinational clients in the region.
