Chloe Wright, based in London, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Digital, and Business Services practices, as well as the firm’s Human Resources Practice, with a special focus on executive assessment, development, and search. She is especially passionate about promoting well-being at work, coaching women to assume leadership roles, and developing multicareer professionals and those returning from career breaks.
What inspires me is deeply listening to the individuals I work with, helping them develop their greatest potential, and partnering with them to create a career that energizes and fulfills them.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Chloe founded her own consultancy to help social enterprises and leaders of wellness start-ups in London and Sri Lanka develop their business models, themselves, and their teams to drive growth. Prior to that, she spent nearly 10 years at IBM as a European Account Executive and Strategic Outsourcing Sales Leader, first in the United Kingdom for Europe and then based in Singapore for Asia Pacific. Chloe’s roles in Singapore included designing and leading regional cultural transformation programs to empower and develop business leaders, in addition to leading sales management, business development, account and talent management, and strategic change programs at the account and country levels.
Chloe earned a BSc in psychology from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in international business from the University of Nottingham Business School. She is keenly interested in improving access to education, and her volunteer positions have included STEM Ambassador for the U.N. Women’s Council in Singapore and Director of the “Insight Into Management” course at Bristol University. Her favorite activities outside of work include spending time with her family and friends, traveling, practicing and teaching yoga, and watching TED talks.
