Jennifer Pack McDill, based in Chicago, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Executive Assessment and Development Practice. She is a trusted advisor to clients on CEO succession, talent management, and leadership development. She is also active in the North American Insurance Practice and the firm’s Human Resources and Professional Services practices.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jennifer was an Engagement Manager and a Professional Development Manager with McKinsey & Company, based in Chicago and Los Angeles. Previously, she was a project manager with the Cambridge Group in Chicago, developing market-driven growth strategies focused on consumer segmentation, targeting, consumer value proposition development, and portfolio strategy development. Earlier, she was an underwriter with Gerling Global Re in New York and General Re in San Francisco.
Jennifer has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is an avid reader who is addicted to podcasts and loves traveling with her family.
